26th Wine and Roses: Know Before You Go

Thank you for helping to make a difference in the lives of children in Medina County by joining us for our 26th Annual Wine & Roses Charity Fundraiser on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, at the Blair Conference Center.

IMPORTANT – The Blair Event Center ONLY accepts CREDIT CARDS for beverages.  There are NO CASH transactions available on-site.


Event Program

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Check-In/Appetizers & Cocktails

7:00 PM – 7:15 PM Welcome

6:30 PM – 8:30 PM Food Stations Open

8:00M – 9:00PM  Live Auction – Grant Phillips

9:15 PM Silent Auction Closes

Dress

Check-In

Please Check In at the Registration Table at The Blair Conference Center. Your name will be on our attendee list. Once you have checked in, you will receive your Evening Program, Table Number and Drink Tickets.
Note: Your Evening Program will have your Bid Number Printed on the Back Cover.

Check-Out

Check-out will begin approximately 15 minutes after the Silent Auction closes.  We have amazing volunteers adding up your winning bids and paddle raises to ensure an efficient Check-Out.  Instead of waiting in line, we encourage you to mix and mingle with other guests.

Express Check-Out

For Express Check-Out, use the One-Cause app on your phone.  You can then proceed to the Auction Item Pick-Up area to collect your winning Gift Baskets and Certificates!

Food

Your registration includes passed Hors d ’Oeuvres served from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.  Gourmet Food Stations and Dessert will be open from 6:30PM – 8:30PM.

Food Stations include – Chef Carved NY Strip, Chicken Sliders, Grilled Vegetable Board, Roasted Potatoes with Chive Butter, Rolls and Mini Desserts.  Each guest will receive Two (2) Drink Tickets.

Please Note – The Blair Conference Center DOES NOT accept cash.  The Blair Center ONLY accepts credit cards for additional drinks.


Silent Auction

Seventy-two (72) Silent Auction items will be displayed on the Auction Tables.  Please use your Bid Pal Account on your phone for bidding on Silent Auction Items. Preferred methods of payment are Credit Cards and Checks.

Live Auction

Seven (7) Live Auction items will be auctioned off by Auctioneer Chuck Stiver.  There will be plenty of time to preview the Live Auction items displayed on the Center Stage beginning at 6:00 pm.  If you hope to be the winning bidder, raise your paddle high!

Immediately following the Live Auction, you will have an opportunity to donate to support children in our community.
